PLEASE NOTE: The terms and conditions listed below are for consumer (or “individual”) customers only.
 
All sales made by Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) in writing.

Payment Terms
The seller accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express as methods of payment.

Loss, Damage, or Return Policy

     A.   Customer must call within 10 days of purchase to return any item.  After 10 days there will be 15% restocking. Items accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defects or error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

     B.   Only those instruments having a manufacturer's defect will be accepted for replacement within10 days of purchases. Misused or used items will not be accepted. Credit will only be issued for our company errors, such as shortages, wrong items, or price adjustments.

     C.   Customer must call 3 days prior to returning any item.  All return items must be shipped in the original packing.

Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) reserves the right to cancel any orders due to unavailability or any other reason. There will be no charges made and if made will be reversed to the customer.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form. The customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of the Seller’s error. Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned. Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) will cover the freight costs for shipping exchanged items to the Customer. All sales are final on “sale” items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered, laundered, or modified in any way. All damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) for a credit.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.), you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.).

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) or to products or services sold or distributed by Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.)  or through Cricket Equipment USA (Best Soccer Buys Sporting Goods, Inc.) in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Gwinnett, Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Cricket Equipment USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue items. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to any reason including if we suspect the fraudulent use of payment methods.
